Dirtyhip Posted August 11, 2014 Share #5 Posted August 11, 2014 that's not gonna get your fork repaired quickly. Agreed, but I get to throw in the towel about once a week. Note: I am working out after work, then I have to boil up the rav, then I have to go grocery shopping. I hope to be in bed by 9pm. Busy girl. petitepedal Posted August 12, 2014 Share #14 Posted August 12, 2014 Funny you should ask...just made an awesome pasta...got some veggies from a resident (from someones garden) and i got a few veggies at the Farmers market... I sauteed up a small leek in some olive oil then I added about 4 or 5 leaves of diced up chard...s&p and garlic...added in some cooked pasta and some Allouette??? garlic herb soft cheese (about 150 calories of cheese)...sprinkled with a little parm...it is yummy. Just tossed it together (I do eat my mistakes....but this wasn't one of them )

Former member Posted August 12, 2014 Share #27 Posted August 12, 2014 Not a problem. Nobody was worried about how you would prep/cook it.I was curious because that's a great steak to marinade and use for fajitas, tacos, and salads. I was hoping to hear a new recipe. Dirtyhip Posted August 12, 2014 Share #32 Posted August 12, 2014 Flat iron steak is also called top blade steak Great. Now I can look for both names. I am not really great at identifying cuts. Dude, were you a butcher?
Former member Posted August 12, 2014 Share #33 Posted August 12, 2014 Great. Now I can look for both names. I am not really great at identifying cuts. Dude, were you a butcher? I was a meatitarian for many years, but lately it's become too expensive. These days I've been adding filler(vegetables) to my diet to help prevent starvation.
