Homemade pepperoni rolls, w/ freshly sliced pepperoni. Jalopenos, and cheddar cheese Delicious. And to wash it down, Guiness Draught Stout. First time having it, very good and creamy. Definitely a good combination.

Jalapeno Poppers from the place around the corner, and a new to me beer, Founders Jefferson Golden Ale. The poppers are so so but the beer is excellent.

We stopped at the Adirondack Hotel in Long Lake after hiking. Had an Adirondack burger and a Beaver Bite IPA from Paradox Brewing.

Rump roast, smashed potatoes and gravy, and roasted Brussels sprouts and butternut squash. Washed down with some Penn Dark.

Personal pan supreme minus pepperoni from Pizza Hut. Was thinking a beer would be good. We were on our way home from camp, so I just had a Diet Dew.

My FIL drinks Penn’s Best non-alcoholic beer since he had to cut back on real beer, and I think he was telling me it was owned by the famous Koch Brothers, but I think I looked it up and it is unrelated Kochs.  But that is odd considering the Koch from Boston Brewing. Owl look that up again. 
 

Ok, Penns Best BA beer i’ snot brewed by Penn  Brewery who brews Penn Dark and other real beers, it is owned and brewed  by Genessee who bought and closed the Fred Koch Brewery. 

This brewery is no longer in business.

The original Fred Koch Brewery was a small, independent brewery in Dunkirk, New York that produced beer and ale from late 1888 until 1985. Production peaked in the early 1950s with over 100,000 barrels brewed annually. When the Dunkirk, New York brewery was closed in 1985, it was located at 15-25 West Courtney Street.
