Dirtyhip Posted December 17, 2020 Share #6 Posted December 17, 2020 They can climb super slow, cause it's like a reverse trike. I hate it. DH looks awful cause the front end is way too wide for the trail. Additionally, this will widen and hurt most singletrack trails. Forget riding a skinny or through a rock gap. Review: Totally gross. 1
Kirby Posted December 18, 2020 Share #7 Posted December 18, 2020 Trikes are cool! (and with my closets falling so frequently, I need a place to hang my clothes)
Further Posted December 18, 2020 Share #8 Posted December 18, 2020 My experience has been that as long as the drive wheel has traction I can keep the bike upright, when the back wheel spins I'm done. I don't think could spin the rear wheel like a motorcycle and claw my way up the hill regardless of how stable it is. And speaking of stable, when one of those front wheels climbs up on a rock and the other drops in a washout, is the saddle going to stay on top ?
