Popular Post Some Old Guy Posted December 20, 2020 Popular Post Share #1 Posted December 20, 2020 Post 'em if you got 'em! Please post your 2020 miles, if you track them, of course. I am currently at 3,712. I had hoped to reach 4K this year, but it looks like that ain't happening. 3,850, maybe.
Popular Post ChrisL Posted December 20, 2020 Popular Post Share #2 Posted December 20, 2020 I don’t track my mileage but I should be able to track 2021 easily. My new Garmin has blue tooth connectivity and I synced it with my tablet. My previous Garmin had to be plugged into a device so I never tracked rides.

Popular Post JerrySTL ★ Posted December 20, 2020 Popular Post Share #7 Posted December 20, 2020 Right now I'm at 3754 outside bicycling miles. 248 stationary bike miles. Plus 350 miles walking. That puts me just over my 4K goal for bike miles and 4351 total miles. I should be able to get in a few more miles of walking before the year's out. 4

Popular Post az_cyclist Posted December 20, 2020 Popular Post Share #13 Posted December 20, 2020 Currently 10,305. I will add some more before Dec 31. By far my best year ever, for total mileage, although I had 9700 last year. Retirement appears to be working out, at least for cycling. 2

az_cyclist Posted December 21, 2020 Share #26 Posted December 21, 2020 I dont set mileage goals for the year. When I was working my goal was to ride when I could, which usually meant Saturday and Sunday for most weekends October thru April, and short rides Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays in addition to the weekends May thru Sept. Since retirement I ride 5 days a week, 3 40-50+ rides and a couple of shorter ones. That gets me about 200 miles a week. The goals I set are for the California Triple Crown double centuries. I want to ride 3 to 5 of those, and include some that I have not ridden before. I ride several 200k brevets in Jan and Feb to train for the doubles.

I was 1975 back on Sept 10th and trying to push it over 2000 for a short term goal when had the accident. Everything stopped with no miles after Sept 10th. 1
