Quinoa, bell pepper, red onion, kale, spinach, raw corn, almonds, carrots, cilantro, lime juice, green leaf lettuce, snap peas, olive oil and apple cider vinegar. These are the ingredients for the two dishes, but I really think I could dump it all together. They seem to go together. A nice cold coconut water as a refresher.
