Parsnip Totin Jack ★ Posted January 16, 2021 Share #1 Posted January 16, 2021 Another god durn chili thread. I’m making chili today and I am adding beans. Also a few chile-based land mines. Recipe includes onion and garlic cooked in bacon fat. Spices include chili powder, cumin, coriander, cayenne, Mexican oregano, salt and black pepper. 3 lbs ground beef, two onyons, six or eight cloves of garlic tomatoes with diced chiles, seasoned chili beans and beef stock.

MickinMD ★ Posted January 16, 2021 Share #4 Posted January 16, 2021 Looks awesome! Thanks for reminding me of another soft to chew dish I can make while I've got my temporary crown! I've got all the spices, beans, etc. and I'll set the ground beef out to thaw after I go through the current lineup of dishes. 1
