Something made me research Boone's Farm. Technically it's a malt beverage and not a wine. Gets around some state liquor laws that way.

The only Navy Commissary that I visited was at Holy Loch Scotland around 1990. Interesting place.

A sub tender base. Our nickname for Holy Loch was "the floating beer can." Of course, I was the Deputy Dir of the inpatient alcohol rehab program at RAF Lakenheath...and we got a lot of patients from there.
