Mr. Silly 5,749 Posted January 20 Share #1 Posted January 20 Wings are at .500. They're still getting out shot 35 to 15 on a nightly basis so I doubt they can maintain this semi-winning pace but it is a nice start none the less.

12string 3,690 Posted January 20 Share #6 Posted January 20 3-0 OK, 3-1, but they felt bad for the Sabres and threw them a bone. Of course, 4 games in and we've got 2 centers and 2 defensemen hurt, likely for a couple weeks. They haven't really played well, still brushing off some rust, the Goalies have been covering mistakes. The Kids that came back - Lindblom and Patrick have looked good.

Thaddeus Kosciuszko 11,322 Posted January 21 Share #8 Posted January 21 I have no hope for my team. It always seems like the Mets choke if they make it to the playoffs.

goldendesign 1,997 Posted January 21 Share #11 Posted January 21 Lightning had two very strong showings. Looking great at 2-0 right now. With the Dallas games postponed because of Covid I've been waiting for more hockey.

I bet you miss going to the office and learning that it’s no big deal for players to violate NHL Covid regulations and hang out in hotel rooms since they practice without masks. Besides, Ovechkin and Orlav already have antibodies.
