If you have several readings that are high or low, that's more indicative of a problem. For me, I ate more carbs this year and exercised less. Two things I am reversing. If I tried, I don't think I could generate high cholesterol. Sometimes the online apps and tables don't go low enough to handle or list my latest lab's total or LDL cholesterol. I got a complete copy of last Friday's diabetic blood today at the followup with my doctor. My HDL, good cholesterol, was 54, disappointingly below 60, but above the more than than 40 standard. When I start getting more exercise it will jump back over 60. My LDL, bad cholesterol, was a super 65.8, far under the less than 100 standard or less than 90 for diabetics accord to some.
