I still have a pound of ground lamb and bunch of mint in the fridge from the meatballs I didn’t make last week. Not sure it’s usable at this date. 
Make those meatballs, ON7, while the ingredients are fresh.

Even if you do find some it's really hard to get them to stand still long enough to be stuffed with peppers..................unless you make it a hottest pepper contest.  Then they will volunteer.
