if you could see a little bit to the left Peleton workout is on the computer. They give 60 days free. So that takes me just aboot to riding outside season. I'll quit on day 59

Don’t overdo it. Chopped liver died on his trainer in his garage. His wife came home and found him. How long would it be before someone finds you? I haven’t used my trainer since my wife has been bedridden. She hasn’t been able to make a successful phone call for some time now. Her hands are not steady enough and her voice is weak. If her voice was stronger Siri could make the calls for her. Last summer my wife was able to call me on the phone if I was outside mowing and she needed me. I worry about her not being able to call for help if something happens to me.

Pain in the cave is a normal part of life.  Ride safely.  How often do you need that tool kit on the trainer?
