Oh, happy day!

I had posted a thread in the *other* forum about how he broke the kitchen window after school one day.  We had been allowing him to be at home alone for a couple of hours after school. He makes himself some ramen noodles and watches movies or YouTube videos.  One day he broke the kitchen window and a lower cupboard door because when he hears dogs barking he seriously freaks out.  That was when we decided he cannot be alone for very long after school.  When I worked at a middle school with one subject to prepare and 3/4 of a mile from home, I could get here within half an hour of him arriving home.  But now that I'm at a high school further away and with three classes to prepare, I need more time after work to plan.  Transferring him to my high school means he'll be supervised, he can still make ramen noodles in the hot pot in my classroom, and I can get my work done.
