Popular Post petitepedal ★ Posted February 7, 2021 Popular Post Share #21 Posted February 7, 2021 So this morning I am in the recliner as opposed to being in the couch/recliner..it is easier to keep pillows in place..but getting to the reclining position is harder..the buttons are only on the right side For sleep...after reclining too much the first night and ending up with a sore back...I put my yoga bolster and 4 bed pillows at an angle...made a bit of a V shape and basically plop myself in the middle..I am at an angle and well supported. I hate to give credit to my trainer..but strong abs and wicked strong legs..I do not need my upper body or arms to get out of bed or chair. 3 2
Airehead Posted February 7, 2021 Author Share #22 Posted February 7, 2021 The bed bolster v shaped thing I’d is what they sent home with Einstein after that plane crash. It worked well and also helped prevent pneumonia as that might have killed him with the lung puncture and stuff. 1

These people keep rehashing everything..excuse me..some of this is part of being in an apartment or condo..6pm to about 7:40...way too much time spent on people knitpicking about laundry being left behind or someone who has loud phone conversations...oh..doesnt help that one guy in particular is prejudice so if you happen to be a person of color..he right away is ready to condemn them. By the time she gets a spoon or fork to her mouth there is nothing on it. I just have to wait until I’m done helping her before I made my breakfast. 1

If you are charged with conducting a meeting you are responsible for how it runs. Things like setting expectation and not allowing rabbit hole discussion or political meandering (not gov't politics - personal politics). I have learned over the last several years that having a framework - sticking to the framework and holding people accountable can result in incredible meetings. Meetings where things get accomplish not just talked about. We look forward to our meetings now. 3

We spent far too much time at meetings explaining to management what was and wasn't getting done............in many cases because we were at meetings. 1
