Popular Post sheep_herder ★ Posted February 7, 2021 Popular Post Share #1 Posted February 7, 2021 -4F with a -25F wind chill from a NE wind and headed for a high of 4F. Time now for a cup of tea, some almonds, and some Mandarin oranges with cottage cheese. Just winding down from letting the dogs run, checking sheep, and feeding bottle babies. Hope everyone has a Great Day and stays safe and healthy. 9 1

Tizeye Posted February 7, 2021 Share #3 Posted February 7, 2021 7:11 AM EST, At 3AM it was rapid lightning strikes, howling wind and rain. I rolled over and went back to sleep. As went out and got the Sunday paper at 6:16, distant lightning and thunder giving giving a glow to the clouds. Raining and thunder as I type this. Rules out my 9AM photo shoot at a local gardens. Sadly, as was going to experiment with a macro lens and the water droplets on the flowers would have been sweet. Projected to begin clearing later this afternoon in time for the Super Bowl 75 miles away in Tampa.
MickinMD ★ Posted February 7, 2021 Share #4 Posted February 7, 2021 7:45 am EST, halfway between Baltimore & Annapolis. Temperature: 34°F and rising. After "overnight snow with 3"-6" accumulation," forecast to continue until 10 am here's what we've got: It will freeze this evening if temps drop to 20's as forecast, so I'm staying home for the Super Bowl:

groupw Posted February 7, 2021 Share #11 Posted February 7, 2021 At 9:15 it is 1 outside with windchill of -18. We got 3 inches of snow on top of the 5” Friday night. I shoveled yesterday so today won’t be terrible. My view of the patio after nearly 2 ft in the last week. That is a lot for us!

shootingstar Posted February 7, 2021 Share #16 Posted February 7, 2021 This morning 10:00 am MST. Translated to C degrees= -18 degrees F & with wind chill -29 F. I was thinking of walking over to get milk. Probably wait a few days. Next few days are only warmer by -3 degrees C.
Bikeguy Posted February 7, 2021 Share #17 Posted February 7, 2021 This morning it was -6F here. I get to carry the dogs out to the place they take care of business. If they walk, they can't take walking on the cold snow, and stop to pick up their paws.
