Less traveling, exciting work for him, a position he really wanted. It took a while, there were a lot of applicants for the job so he figured he missed out. The youngest was also talking about house hunting. Her roommates are quitting the lease this year, her BF is finally able to get a job close by. I'd rather they rent for a bit first, get job situations solidified. Oh, and get married.
