Chopped Liver Posted August 20, 2014 Share #5 Posted August 20, 2014 Heres's an idea for you cheese.....I'm having a ceasar salad with baked chicken on it. Easy to put together and fairly good for you. Add some more veggies and it is good for you.
Dirtyhip Posted August 20, 2014 Share #6 Posted August 20, 2014 CAW could buy a rotisserie chicken and makes some very healthy easy meals with that. Shred up the chicken and toss it in a salad or over pasta with some frozen veggies.

Dirtyhip Posted August 20, 2014 Share #15 Posted August 20, 2014 I am trying. I haven't had a moonpie in 3 days. OK...step in the right direction. I'm having a very healthful and easy to prepare dinner: Salad with Kale, spinach, red lettuce, carrots, almonds, cranberries and bell pepper. No dressing on the salad. I am serving it with some quinoa pasta with olive oil, basil and garlic with a touch of parm cheese.
