Aug 21 Miles and Activites

10 on my MTB this morning, another 2.3 on the fat bike via trail and of course...home the same way.  


Workout at gym tonight, elliptical, rower and weights.  Chest & shoulders day.

Tues, Thurs, and Sat are my gym days.  Mostly chest, shoulders, and arms.  I do 3 machines for legs;  seated leg extensions (quads), leg curls, and seated leg press.  On Saturday afternoons, after lunch and some recovery from the club ride, I reduce the weight significantly for the leg extensions and leg press.
