Workout at gym tonight, elliptical, rower and weights. Chest & shoulders day. Tues, Thurs, and Sat are my gym days. Mostly chest, shoulders, and arms. I do 3 machines for legs; seated leg extensions (quads), leg curls, and seated leg press. On Saturday afternoons, after lunch and some recovery from the club ride, I reduce the weight significantly for the leg extensions and leg press.
