I tried a new pizza place tonight. Puppatella. Founded in 2007, by a native of Naples Italy, who moved to the US to pursue a degree in medicine. Not sure how that worked out. He was frustrated with the quality of pizza sold here and vowed to show how pizza ought to be made. I’ve had pizza in Naples (and many other places) and wow. I am impressed with this guy’s game. His first shop was in Arlington and his fourth opened in Razorlandia right next to the W&OD trail.  Fortunately for me, it’s only a few miles east from my office for when we go back to work. I ordered a sausage and onion with mozzarella and a roasted tomato with garlic, basil, and fresh buffalo mozzarella from Naples.
