Today's lunch


Chopped Liver

No wonder you can't keep weight on.

I was busy riding.

Dinner was a 20oz boneless ribeye, huge baked potato w/ butter and sour cream, half a pound of steamed broccoli, and a Caesar salad.

Dessert will be Blue Bell mint chocolate chip ice cream.

Breakfast was 3 eggs OE, 4oz of smoked pork & bacon sausage, 5oz red potato hash browns, a bowl of Lucky Charms w/skim milk, and a French pot of coffee.

I probably ate enough to keep from losing weight today.
