I've bought sheet music for piano of Elton John and Norah Jones songs with the original chords and in-between notes they use themselves and they're incredibly hard to play. Jadyn Wong, who played genius-engineer "Happy Quinn" on Scorpion is an accomplished classical pianist. So is Condoleezza Rice. So is former Lions and Dolphins Quarterback Joey Harrington.
