Dirtyhip Posted August 27, 2014 Share #2 Posted August 27, 2014 Wild sockeye salmon with lemon and dill, salad on the side with kale, spinach, green leaf lettuce, carrots, cranberries and almonds. Mountain bike ride tonight, so we will end up eating quite late.

Ralphie ★ Posted August 27, 2014 Share #4 Posted August 27, 2014 Big salad at Smashburger. Baja Cobb - not bad! They used nice fresh lettuce, frisee to boot! And their veggie frites were nice. At least the green beans were - the carrots sort of sucked. But overall very good! But that bastard Botox's sounds better!

Dirtyhip Posted August 28, 2014 Share #9 Posted August 28, 2014 Ranch dressing is f***ing disgusting. I make this amazing creamy dressing with fresh dill, parsley, mint, lemon juice, garlic, dijon mustard and yogurt. It is similar to a natural style ranch and it's fantastic. I bet you might like it. Zealot Posted August 28, 2014 Share #11 Posted August 28, 2014 Was going to go get bologna and fry some up. But my wife had already prepared dinner. Pork chopss baked with an A1 spicey rub, garden salad with balsamic vinaigrette and a beer. It was good.
Parsnip Totin Jack ★ Posted August 28, 2014 Share #12 Posted August 28, 2014 More attempts to sabotage my diet. We went to a stained glass studio in Middletown to look into taking classes this fall. Wo7 wanted to eat out "since we were out anyway". Fine. Son called from work wants to join us. Ate at a local restaurant after I nixed Chilis with a "hell no". I had a chopped salad with BBQ chicken. It was crap, but it was the lowest calorie crap on the menu.
