It’s not everyone’s dish but this was good. Boiled florets, added to onion and anchovies in olive oil and some cooking water. Craisins, walnuts, and saffron for flavor and texture. Add tubular pasta. More water as needed and toasted breadcrumbs. In Italian it is Pasta chi Vruoccoli Arriminati. IFU by leaving the can of anchovies where Wo7 could see them. Otherwise she’d never know. She ate the whole bowl.

Looks good. I also like the cauliflower steaks with a miso ginger brushing.
