How come Salt Lake City is not a smoldering ruin right now?

So far in the month of August, there have been 40 people shot and killed in Chicago and 216 shot and wounded, of which about 80% are African-American.

Where is the outrage among the black "leaders" for this carnage in the murder capital of the US? Where are the protests and riots?

Hey Jackass

Al Sharpton and others have been have been trying to get things changed for years by having rallies and meetings with local leaders.

Just because you aren't aware of it, and Faux News doesn't report on it, doesn't mean nothing is being done to try to change things.

Rallies and meetings won't work.  They need to have protests and riots.  Free stuff for everyone.

Drugs and gangs and all the related crap that comes with it. No good job prospects, crummy schools (lots of blame to go around there..from the students themselves, parental apathy, racisim etc) the quick and "easy" money of drugs and so on. The "leaders" cry and yell and so on, but really, they never ever do anything of consequence.

The city as a whole is just going down the shitter.
