MickinMD ★ Posted April 18, 2021 Share #1 Posted April 18, 2021 I hadn't heard about this but my brother and his wife got their 1st Pfizer shots last week and he told me today that she, with no period for 3 years, got her period, went to see a gynecologist and is having tests next week to make sure it's nothing. My brother looked it up online and said a lot of women are having the same thing with one saying, "I haven't had a period in 4 years and I'm gushing like I was in my 20's." My nurse sister already knew when I told her, then said that there are effects by the vaccines that stimulate female hormones and that may be behind the rare cases where women of childbearing age have gotten blood clots from Astrazeneca and Johnson & Johnson vaccines.

MickinMD ★ Posted April 19, 2021 Author Share #4 Posted April 19, 2021 My brother and I laughed about it - but we made sure we were out of his wife's earshot!
