Big plate of salad with kale, spinach, green lettuce, carrots, red bell pepper, homemade croutons, scallions, toasted sliced almonds, cranberries and a grind or two of gourmet salt. 

 

Quinoa pasta with pesto and chopped chicken breast.

 

Coconut ice cream for dessert.

 

And Bosox says I don't eat.  HAHA!   :P

I always eat well.  With all due respect, you didn't know everything I ate on the day you told me to eat more.  Also, you have no idea of how big my portions are.  Therefore, you don't know what the hell you are talking about.   :P

The finest food calls for the finest ingredients. You can taste the difference and some are better for your health as well.

It is all aboot the trace ingredients, baby!  The devil or God is in the details (all depending on whether your toast falls butter-side up or butter-side down). :)
