What are the ‘blends’?

I make an everything but salt blend that is similar to the everything bagel seasoning

I also make a lemon pepper blend, an Italian blend, and a Season-All blend.

So they are seasonings that do not include salt.  Is that what @Old No. 7 has received as well?

There are four:

spring-salt, savory, chive, and rose petal

summer-salt, lemon peel, and basil

autumn-salt, paprika, dill, chili pepper, and black pepper

winter- salt, parsley, rosemary, sage and thyme

And not to make this salty thread even less salty, but if you are buying blends, this one is good

The thing is when you want salt, you want SALT.  I'm supposed to limit my salt intake to 2 gm per day. No can do. I have reduced it a lot, but I needs me some salt.

Now you can make this your theme song:

P.S.  Earl Scruggs is using the 3-finger banjo picking style he's famous for developing in the video. The "Scruggs Style" has become THE standard advanced way to pick a banjo today, though it's easier to sing to the "Clawhammer Style" many of us learned when Pete Seeger's book was about the only teach-yourself-banjo book around.
