On Mother’s Day, I grilled some sirloin steaks and sautéed some mushrooms. I had leftovers to eat so I sliced the steak thinly, and heated that with some mushrooms while the slice of sourdough toasted and the broiler heated up. Steak and mushrooms on sourdough topped with provolone and melted under the broiler. I has more to repeat tomorrow.
