I like it.  The Bot is like a diesel engine - slowly building towards cruising speed.  Definitely nice to see things warming up and the pistons starting to fire.

Walking and talking with colleagues in the hallways, I always have to slow down. They run out of breath at my pace. And these are 30-somethings. Overweight and sedentary.

Remove all the staff desks and chairs!  Make them STAND all day. :)  Mandatory student and staff PE each morning (like the Japanese?). 

Man, come out of retirement and FIX it!!!
