I'd appreciate reflective tires - car, bike, motorcycle.  Of course, then some jerks will take it to 11 and create stuff that makes it harder, not easier, to see things in the dark.  Like the clowns who don't dim their high beams, or the crazy strong LED lights - regular, fog, or other - that blind oncoming traffic.
