Fried egg I’ve heard of. Hard boiled?

Yeah never heard of it.  Maybe if it was crumbled with a sauce of some sort to bind it but really it doesn’t sound appealing to me...  I’d rather have gooey yolk running down.

These are good. Hell, I put over easy eggs on my grilled cheese. Peanut butter on a burger is amazing.

*Egg-Static Burger
Angus burger patty, melted cheddar cheese, tater tot hash, bacon, fried egg, lettuce, tomato and cholula aioli on a toasted brioche bun with choice of side

*Breakfast Burger [GF]
two patties, peanut butter, over-easy egg, bacon, wisconsin aged cheddar, sourdough

Melvin Burger*

Bacon, Egg, Shishito Pepper & Thai Mayo

Eggs on burgers are not for me.  That's like serving a burger on an english muffin.  There are so many better ways to do it that you have to be really disparate to murder a burger like that.

Points for the pun?

Every burger at the Bird is served on an English muffin. They are all delicious.

May be an image of text that says 'the bird old school kitchen and bar'

Sin City has a burger called Old Blue Eyes. The burger is dipped in Sparky’s Winf Sauce and topped with blue cheese crumbles. I found a fried egg blends and mellows the flavors in an amazing way.
But hard boiled egg on a burger? I can’t feature it.
