Is it morally wrong to change a dog or cat's name when you adopt them?????

Four of our dogs have been rescues.  We only got name Sparky, as she was a stray, dumped in our hood we think.

Romeo, Remi and Ginger all had names given to them either by previous owners or a pet psychic.

My dogs are usually named years before I get them. My next, an Irish Setter, will be named. Osgood. My Labrador after that will be, Titus Pullo.

Sir, your next dog will be a blue tick hound, or a black mouth cur, and he will be named Belvedere.  He will be trained to fetch your velvet slippers and your pipe.
