Without landfills (and volcanoes), where else are we gonna get new land to build on, or, at the least, new hills to build on that are above the new ocean levels???? Heck, I hear Florida is considering paying a premium for inert shampoo bottles in the hopes of adding a good 10' in height to the whole state.
