UglyBob Posted May 29, 2021 Share #1 Posted May 29, 2021 I made petite filets (French style) with pan roasted Brussel's sprouts and oven roasted rosemary potatoes. Am I the only one that splits the sprouts and half and makes sure all of them are face down so they caramelize nicely? Gotta use cast iron and grapeseed oil to get that nice seer. Brown butter basted with garlic and fresh thyme. Potatoes tossed in olive oil, salt, pepper, and rosemary from my plants out front.
