I’ve been drinking hot tea before bed. I think I’m getting too old for that. Probably because I cut down on my coffee drinking and lost my tolerance for caffeine. It’s not good to toss and turn when you are wearing wires.

How about chamomile tea?  I have a bag of caffeine free loose chamomile I'd be happy to send you.  Supposed to be calming, may help you sleep.  PM me your address.

They also have low caffeine and caffeine free black tea if you like the flavor of black tea.  Bigelow and Harney & Sons both make a decaf vanilla black tea that is quite tasty,

How was your tea, Petite?

Good..I cannot comment on subtle flavors..I think my sinuses are angry..I really like the Lost Malawi...I have been sharing a serving or two with my PT...he is mostly a coffee drinker..but is taking to afternoon tea for a different taste..maybe I will convert him.

Oh the Tea Source store in Highland is closing for good..only the St. Anthony store will remain open :(

Definitely end you evening with a nice chamomile or blend. It is exactly what you need for recovery. Thanks @Square Wheels for sending it.
