Square Wheels Posted May 29, 2021 Share #2 Posted May 29, 2021 I don't think it's legal to mark your own post as the solution. Already had my 32 oz of cream of Earl Grey.

Longjohn ★ Posted May 29, 2021 Share #6 Posted May 29, 2021 I’ve been drinking hot tea before bed. I think I’m getting too old for that. Probably because I cut down on my coffee drinking and lost my tolerance for caffeine. It’s not good to toss and turn when you are wearing wires.

I have a bag of caffeine free loose chamomile I'd be happy to send you. Supposed to be calming, may help you sleep. PM me your address.

Kirby Posted May 29, 2021 Share #9 Posted May 29, 2021 They also have low caffeine and caffeine free black tea if you like the flavor of black tea. Bigelow and Harney & Sons both make a decaf vanilla black tea that is quite tasty, How was your tea, Petite?
