Popular Post ChrisL Posted June 4, 2021 Popular Post Share #1 Posted June 4, 2021 While cleaning crap out of storage I found this framed picture. I had recently completed the company executive leadership course which essentially took me out of Ops & into management. The guy to my right (left in the image) is Weldon Kennedy who was the Deputy Director of the FBI. That picture was 20 years ago, I was 35 at the time. Damn I actually had hair & it was black! 8 2

At the time that firm had the highest % of Former FBI agents in the nation. He was also a former bureau guy. If you weren’t former military, PD or FBI you weren’t going anywhere in that firm. As the sole former enlisted guy in management I was somewhat of an outlier too.

They took us on cool field trips though, saw Graceland, Sun Records, Beale St & the Civil Rights Museum.

ChrisL Posted June 4, 2021 Author Share #9 Posted June 4, 2021 One of the highlights of my time there was being Rabbi Heir’s security agent for several weeks. He was given a choice of several people to work the detail and he chose me! A truly enlightened person and I became a better person after working as his agent. https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Marvin_Hier 1

They're in town for several shows that week. 1

Square Wheels Posted June 5, 2021 Share #14 Posted June 5, 2021 I don't want to climb. If I go in any direction, it will be all the way to the bottom.
