I think the heart drugs affect that too. Mine was always around 60, now it’s 50.

My resting is somewhere in the 42-45 range, but I don't think that would ever be what a nurse would see.

Resting (sleeping) is low 50s.  Sitting reading or interneting, mod 60s.

It spikes really fast when exercising, and sadly stays high the whole time.  It does come down very fast.

my HR tends to be 48-55 in the doctor's office.  There are notes that I have a low HR.
