Nope, I plan to just eat less of everything I already eat. I need this to be sustainable. I gained a few pounds over the last few months, but I know what I've been doing wrong. I love new ideas. I don't drink much due to bladder issues, I know this can help. I know I can supplement with lot's of raw veggies, but again, I need to make this realistic and something I continue forever. i missed you SW .
