Parsnip Totin Jack ★ Posted September 9, 2014 Share #1 Posted September 9, 2014 Reminded by the DirtyHip's post on blood tests I donated a pint of blood at the local clinic Monday afternoon. Systolic blood pressure was a slightly elevated at 133 but diastolic was good at 77. Pulse came in on target at 46. The guy taking the readings looked at me and said, tell me that you exercise regularly. I told him that I cycle when I can and I like to climb hills, it keeps my heart rate down. He seemed relieved. I'll get my cholesterol readings in a few days.
