Yeah the current projected path has it making US landfall officially in my neighborhood (Wed Am). 

Although a TS isn't a hurricane, it still can cause a lot of problems in our area. There have been a lot of road improvements in the last 5 years in my area but they still haven't addressed the drainage as well as they should, the downpours all day yesterday point to a very soggy Tuesday, Wednesday. Lots of flooded roads and yards coming up.

Thankfully we have a good sized pond in the backyard that can absorb quite a bit of the rain and a new roof from last year so I'm unconcerned about any actual damage/danger. I've sat through a few Cat3's , closest center going 40 miles north of here, a TS is gonna be a wet day only for the most part.
