sheep_herder ★ Posted July 3, 2021 Share #3 Posted July 3, 2021 Coming back from town today on the Valley Highway, I spotted a little critter in the road and slowed way down. Saw it was a small grey kitten. Luckily it avoided me and the oncoming truck, and when I looked it was running down the center of the road in front of me. Finally in a mad dash it headed for the side of he road and disappeared into the cattails. Luckily the one truck was the only other vehicle in sight. 2
smudge ★ Posted July 4, 2021 Share #4 Posted July 4, 2021 I played with little yellow butterflies. Rode my bike to the beaver pond and there were a couple dozen of them. They decided they like my bike and me. I had to be real careful not to step on any. They also thought it was fun to flit between my spokes. Had to make sure it was totally clear before I moved even a bit!

You know, if one lands on your fork and you start to ride, the wings on the spokes will make it sound like your bike has a motor.
