Popular Post petitepedal ★ Posted July 7, 2021 Popular Post Share #1 Posted July 7, 2021 We can add kettlebells and med ball slams...this week..probably in the 10 pound range...my meet with the PT tonight was to look at a few exercises for the nerve glides...I told him I left August 3rd as a session..and he said we may not need it...
