We put a regular spring one on our front door.

We have them in the office building.  Passage doors in the halls are held open 24X7.  When the power goes out they close.  When the fire alarm goes off they are programmed to close to create fire breaks.

It’s a fire code thing. All elevator lobbies in high rises have them.  It’s a bit unnerving to see them close as you know why they closed.  Sometimes you hear the sirens but in one of the high rises I worked in sometimes they just closed.
