Chopped Liver Posted September 14, 2014 Share #1 Posted September 14, 2014 I just made a pot of turkey chili for lunches this week. Need to get to the grocery store for a few items,,,,I plan on fixing a weeks worth of breakfasts today as well. Controlling calories, carbs, and sodium are all part of the plan.

jsharr ★ Posted September 15, 2014 Share #4 Posted September 15, 2014 The wife made a pot of "taco soup" last night, but she substituted chicken for ground beef. It was very good. I meant to bring some for lunch today, but I forgot. It had beans in it, several types.
