I've done nothing since last Thursday.  It felt good to run this morning.  Cool crisp air.

All those darn lights and intersections wreak havoc with a good average speed.  Not that your average speeds are slow, I was speaking for me.  When I commute to work, I probably slow or stop 30+ times on a 30 mile ride.

I was not feeling strong today anyway, but I did catch 2-3 more red lights than normal

I was feelin' pretty good today; about 180 degrees from Saturday's ride! Maybe cuz it was warmer outside? I don't know, but I had no desire to head home. :-)

Anyway, about 30 miles at a meandering pace.

There is one town I ride through on my usual ride that has a red light.  I catch it red about half the time.

2 miles in aboot 30 minutes.  Perfect evening for it!  Walking is the next best thing to biking, and 90% less eville than running!
