So, our solution to topic count ratio is very low.

Fair enough. But how about the folks who reply to your threads?  You gotta mark a solution or no one gets credit!

I spent 29 years giving out inflated credit for drivel. I know my stuff!

Solutions, Awesome stickers, Five-star ratings...

Get talking to folks like Phil or RG or the Sharr about assigning some credit for solutions!  With your low original thread count, we'll never move the needle here!

One easy way to do this is to just ask everyone to mark my first reply in their thread as the solution.  Then we will have a clear winner and our solved count will improve.  Two birds, one stone.

I think you need to work through your past several weeks of original posts and pick a solution for each.  If we can get RG to commit to a similar process, and then guilt Phil into doing it, we might chip away at MS's complaint.

I solved the first page of my threads.  Your stats should look better.

I'm betting @MoseySusan didn't think this all the way through.  What does "better" look like? Double folks current count? Or 100x or more?  A 50% or 150% gain looks good on paper, but going from a handful to armful??? Maybe not so much.
