We get to provide anonymous feedback to our managers.  Not everything I wrote was negative but I included this paragraph: 

 

XXXXX needs to stop referring to people by pejoratives.  She constantly refers to other YYYYY employees as “morons” and “idiots” and their employees are “cronies” and “minions”.  She uses these terms when describing people in other countries, other division and other activities.  Her behavior is unprofessional, childish and abusive.

 

What I wrote is true.  Do you think it will catch anyone's attention?

It will go right over the heads of those dipshits in HR and Management.  Those guys are useless bags of skin.
