MoseySusan Posted September 6, 2021 Share #9 Posted September 6, 2021 Just the stationary recumbent at PF a few times a week. Walking/hiking everyday, instead. I have a follow-up x-ray on my hand tomorrow. I’m hoping they will exchange the cast for a brace instead and let me take it off for awhile each day.
maddmaxx ★ Posted September 6, 2021 Share #10 Posted September 6, 2021 None. Between hurricanes, rainy days and today's race car test session I haven't been out at all. Probably a ride is in store tomorrow after a morning test session of car #1.

shootingstar Posted September 6, 2021 Share #12 Posted September 6, 2021 At least 5 times per wk. Last few days were: 35 km., 20 km. and today 46 km. Each time, I was also doing abit of food shopping. Every summer my cycling euphoria gets to a point where I don't want to walk to the store, I need to ride the bike. Tomorrow looks gorgeous. Another bike ride in a different direction since it's my day off. 2

Popular Post Longjohn ★ Posted September 7, 2021 Popular Post Share #17 Posted September 7, 2021 I ride almost every day. It’ snot because of the thousand mile ride it’s because I want to get back in shape and I have this new bike that I want to ride. I’m signed up for this September challenge to raise money to fight childhood cancer. I never know how long my health will hold up so I want to get my miles in as fast as I can. Maybe I should go to Florida? They have flat trails. I’m driving over a half hour each way to get to the rail trail. Once I get my hr monitor fixed owl know if I can work some hills into the mix. I did on Saturday but I don’t know what my heart rate was, probably pretty high. 2 2

Tizeye Posted September 7, 2021 Share #21 Posted September 7, 2021 Zero...Oh, I take that back. 4 miles. Perhaps because daughter's bike and didn't mess with the adjustments for the short trip to the lake, but was wobbly and off balance. Looks like, after Friday's appointment, surgery will be scheduled in Oct. Awaiting for the scheduler to call me, presumably today after the holiday, to set up pre-op appointment. 1

Same old, same old for me so maybe a couple hundred or so. I think it is time for the 2,000 mile weekend! @Zephyr, can you pull some strings and make it happen? 1

Thaddeus Kosciuszko Posted September 7, 2021 Share #29 Posted September 7, 2021 Since Zephyr never 'forced' me to make any sort of contribution, the number of miles since then can only be zero. 1

Maybe you should see if you could fit one of those old steel John Deere seats on it. They don’t break.
