Popular Post KrAzY Posted October 9, 2021 Popular Post Share #1 Posted October 9, 2021 I am no longer to be out by myself in the Valiant without my wife along for the ride. We decided to do a date night and went out to dinner. As we were cruising around town on the way to dinner, people were staring at the car, calling out how they loved it, and even had people taking pictures of it when we pulled into the small restaurant. That car is definitely an attention whore for sure, but it was mostly getting the attention from the girls. As we left dinner, I went to the passenger side and unlocked and opened the door for my wife to get in. We noticed a younger lady slap her boyfriend in the arm like “you never do that for me” type of thing.. the wife and I laughed and realized I only really still do this when we have the antique cars out. It’s because I hate leaning all the way over and manually unlocking the door. 😂 5 1 3

Hated that window. My first job was cleaning interior car windows at a full service car wash. I'd rather do a station wagon than that big, long window. Yes, but with a 273 cu in solid lifter small block engine with factory headers. I'd love to have one of those again. It was my first race car and the second most successful. I can't believe that we found it on a used car lot in 68 and not knowing what it was they sold it to me at a very reasonable price.

The valiant makes me not want to clean the interior window also! 3 minutes ago, maddmaxx said: Yes, but with a 273 cu in solid lifter small block engine with factory headers. I'm betting if I walked the lot, I could find you another... they use the cars to scrap out for people, but sadly they have nothing older then the 40's

If we have the truck.. it's a click of the button and she can load her own ass in the truck, If it's the antiques... then I will play it old school... I do however still open doors for her, but it's so I can check out her butt as she walks inside

I would take it also, but I kind of ran out of room for storage as of now... Next house I told the WoK that we are downsizing but increasing garage space.. I would LOVe to have another garage like we did at our first house... was an 1100 soft home with an 8 car storage garage.. even have 15 foot ceilings for having a lift. This time I would also add an I-beam for motor removal

The 383 was just a stepping stone to greatness 1st step to becoming a muscle car. The 454 was too much for the 66-69. The 70 was about 600 lbs heavier and handled the hemi really well. The car in the video above is pretty identical to my 68. That little badge on the fender below the Barracuda badge, said Plymouth Valiant on it.
