Razors Edge ★ Posted October 13, 2021 Share #1 Posted October 13, 2021 Per @2Far's comments, I figured I'd give Move Free Ultra a shot. I'm on no meds, so this ought to be a good test. Take it until the bottle runs out - a few months? - and then see how I feel. If it works, it is fairly cheap (Costco carries it). If it doesn't? Back to no meds. Longjohn ★ Posted October 13, 2021 Share #2 Posted October 13, 2021 I had beginning Arthur Rightus in both knees about fifteen years ago. I took move free and it went away. I continued to take a joint supplement until this year when I am on so many drugs I quit taking supplements.
ChrisL Posted October 13, 2021 Share #3 Posted October 13, 2021 I have been taking it for about 10 years with good results. I can’t say my arthritis is better but it definately hasn’t gotten worse in the past 10 years. I believe I had mentioned I had an elbow injury from a bike crash. The elbow would crack Snapple & pop as I moved it around. It had been like that for a few year. I started taking move free for my ankles & knees but noticed the noise in my elbow went away too. Its one of those gradual things that is hard to tell if it works. I’d give it a couple of bottles before you make a judgement if it’s working for you or not.

Advanced is 3 pills/day, all at once or with 3 meals (I just UTFG). My 1 tiny Ultra pill goes in my daily meds bottle & I down it all with a coupla healthy swigs of water. Longjohn ★ Posted October 13, 2021 Share #14 Posted October 13, 2021 One time I found Move Free night time at Ollie’s bargain outlet for real cheap. I think it was less than half price and it wasn’t even close to being out dated. I bought a bunch of it but I had trouble staying awake after I took it.

I am sure they don't all work the same.
